Hello all!

I recently inherited the marketing duties for an equipment leasing company.
One of the areas the business failed is in "touching" the customers often.

I want to send a newsletter every month and an occasional "special offer".

Our customer list is at roughly 3000 and I hope to grow it by signing up more of
the 10,000 or so we currently market to.

I'm looking for a bulk mailing program I can run on a local PC.
It needs to have HTML to text conversion for MIME format.
It needs to have an opt out feature.
If it has link-tracking, that would be great.

At another company I used a program called SendStudio that had all those
features, but it had to be installed on the web server that hosts the domain. We
have several domains and that would be costly, plus I wasn't in love with the
user interface.

Right now our customer base is contractors, construction companies, and anyone
that uses heavy duty trucks and dozers. Anotehr sales team sells tech leases to
video firms, editors, and folks that use anything tech that needs financing.
